I option for the small one but maybe get the bigger one if you need to haul more than a water bottle. Overall the size is perfect and the quality of the bag is well done!

I ordered the small, it was awesome this bag for being a small can hole a 32 oz nalgene bottle and the strap hold tight.

I like this feed bag. I am not good at stopping for snacks. I hope this helps me get enough fuel to travel long distances. I've used this for a few months, and I continue to be very pleased with the versatility of it.
I have put snacks, my phone, keys, and more, these items are secure in the well-sized pouch.

The bag is simple and easy to install. I recently purchased the saddle bag so I got this to match the saddle bag. It works very well. I had absolutely no problems with it on a 2 hour mountain bike ride. There are cheaper bags out there but the way they did the main strap on this makes this bag more versatile. Great bag especially for the price.

Really well made. I use it mountain biking. It is a good feedbag but the external pocket won't accommodate my cell phone if there's a water bottle in the bag.
