What I especially like about this style bag is its size. You really don't need anything larger to attach to your handlebars, otherwise it could become cumbersome & interfere with your ability to steer. It has small netting pockets on the ends, a zipper pocket on the one side as well as ample room for storage for a phone, keys, even a small water bottle in the large pouch area. There's also three areas to secure it that has strong velcro along with three straps to attach, so no worries about it coming loose. The fabric is waterproof also.
I can "stuff" my bike cable lock, a tire repair kit and a spare innertube if I really shove. But the bag then looked "lumpy" so I took out my cable lock and put it around my seat post again, and no problem. That would still allow me a little room for a snack in the bag if I wanted a couple of protein bars, apple, etc. There could be a little more room in the bag but I was able to mount it off the front of the bike (off the front cables and front reflector) and onto the handlebars and center post that is closer to me with no problem. For the money, it's a good bag. And yes, I would buy it again but wish it was a scooch bigger.
Sturdy construction, pockets inside and out, very well designed.
